Mail.Ru Group, the Russian internet company, has leased 322,000 sq ft in Moscow's biggest office deal of 2011.
The company has signed a long-term lease agreement with Moscow property developer Hals-Development to move into one of two 27-storey towers that make up the Skylight business centre.
Mail.Ru is moving to the building in order to consolidate its office and to give room for further expansion.
Skylight comprises 1.2m sq ft of offices across the two towers and is situated in the Moscow business district of Leningradskiy prospect.
Mail.Ru will start fitting out the office as soon as possible and plans to move in to the building in February 2013.
Cushman & Wakcfield advised Hals-Development.
